ECACE Scholarship Opportunity

Are you interested in earning a degree or credentials in the early childhood field?

Our scholarship program can help you achieve your dreams.

The Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity (ECACE) Scholarship program provides financial assistance to individuals interested in earning a degree or credentials in the early childhood field.

Scholarships are available for degrees or credentials in early childhood education. The scholarship covers costs such as tuition and fees, transportation, room and board, and books and supplies.

If you would like to be connected to a Navigator who can assist you through the process, complete the interest form below. After you complete the form, a Navigator from your local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency will contact you to help you apply for the ECACE Scholarship and find the college that best meets your needs.

ECACE is collaboration between the Illinois Board of Education (IBHE), the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB), the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the Illinois State Board of Education, the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development, and the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS).
