We understand the impact this has on the families and providers we serve and are working diligently to process all client eligibility documents as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work overtime to decrease our backlog. Please also see IDHS' Notice on Payment Delays as of January 18, 2023.
