We are not accepting any paperwork through this email. To help us effectively assist you with questions, please give us the case name, child care case number, and contact information.

• You can reach our CCAP phone lines at 312-823-1100 Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Our CCAP 30 minute-phone appointments are available for parents and Childcare providers.
